Cancellation policies


All payments made are refundable if written notification, email, to cancel within 48 hours of departure time is accepted. The refund is subject to an administrative fee of 50% of the amount paid. If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before the departure time, the deposit payments are non-refundable, with the exception of the dangerous weather conditions of the day charter and the cancellation conditions listed below. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your charter departure time, the total charter fee will be charged and it is non-refundable, unless there are cancellation conditions for one day or cancellation conditions at the time of departure. The charterer may request modifications or changes to the reservations if there are more than 48 hours before the departure time. All charter modifications, requests and changes must be approved by the charter administration, the charter crew is not authorized to make changes to the charter itinerary.


All deposits and initial payments paid to reserve yacht charters or add-on water sports packages apply to administrative duties, your yacht reservation, crew and activities. Your deposit removes the yacht from inventory and prevents other clients from reserving it. All deposits and initial payments are non-refundable, with the exception of hazardous weather conditions on day charter flights, cancellable conditions, or 48-hour advance written notice. If the charter is canceled less than 24 hours before the departure time, or the charterer does not show up, the full amount of the charter will be charged.

Hazardous weather conditions for day charter (multi-day charter not included)

Hazardous weather conditions must exist at the time of departure.

The storms that fall into the all-condition categories below that have their epicenter passing within 5 miles of Miami.

Named storms affecting local Miami inland waters.

Storms that are labeled "dangerous" and are expected to last more than 4 hours will affect Miami's local inland waters.

Vessel advisories issued for local Miami inland waters with winds exceeding 30 mph and / or waves greater than 3 feet in height.


Other cancelable conditions

"Unforeseen circumstances" (ie death of immediate family member, hospitalization). Medical proof by certificate or medical report is required for the return of the deposit.


Non-cancellable conditions:

Scattered showers, cloudy conditions, or a forecasted "chance of rain" does not consider cancelable weather conditions. News or media coverage that highlights a current event or sensationalizes local developments with weather, tourism hazards, medical risks, or other travel-related "warnings" other than official state or federal travel restrictions are not considered cancellable conditions. .



Refund Processing Fees:

In the event of dangerous weather conditions for the day charter and it is not possible to reschedule it, the deposit or initial payment will be returned less the administrative fee of 50% of the amount paid.

Pricing and availability are on a first come, first serve basis. Vacation prices may vary from the base rental price shown. Any price quoted is valid for 24 hours and is subject to fluctuations with the market and subsequent demands. The base price of the letter includes sales tax. All boats and yachts are available for general reservation until a deposit is placed on a boat or yacht for a specific date and departure. Prices are based on local cruises within Miami, long haul charter flights beyond Miami may be subject to additional fuel costs.


Reprogramming:

The deposit or down payment can be reapplied at no additional cost with supplemental rescheduling during weekdays (Monday through Friday) of the charter departure time or date if hazardous weather conditions exist at the time of charter.
