Most of our yachts depart from South Beach or Downtown Miami, each yacht has a specific departure dock location. Exact location of your departure dock with directions to get there is provided in your confirmation email before you book.

What is included

Your Choice of Licensed captain and crew, local cruising fuel, cooler, ice, water, soda.
Everything that is included in the charter will be indicated in the reservation confirmation email

What to know

Gratuity is not included in the advertised base charter price, 15-20% of the Base charter Rate is standard for tipping. 
Most boats larger than 38 ft will have a fridge, kitchen and bathroom onboard. 
The boats have great sound systems. You may use your phone to play your own music via bluetooth connection.
Due the sensitive nature of the yacht's flooring and deck, shoes are not to be worn onboard the boat.
Smoking is not allowed onboard the yachts. However, Electronic Cigarettes or Vaping is Permitted. to type

What you should to bring

Bring food or beverage items along that you'd like.
Bring a towel if you'd like to swim.
 

What NOT to bring

 * Pets are not allowed onboard due to THE allergy concerns of other FUTURE CLIENTELE.
* No self tanning lotion or bronzer allowed onboard or on your person as it stains yacht upholstery.
* Avoid wearing denim or jean articles of clothing as the dyes can seep into the yachts upholstery when wet.
* No dyed hair wigs or weaves. the ink seeps out from moisture and humidity and can stain the yacht.
* No red wine allowed aboard as it can also spill and damage the yachts.
* We do not allow BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or other items that utilize open flames, gas, propane, coals, etc.

Payment Collection Terms

Any reservation made that exceeds will be paid only by zelle, or Cashapp
 It is required when processing the reservation to pay 30% of the total cost of the boat Rental 

- Vessels under 70 feet require payment in full 48 hours prior to departure date.
Failure to pay in full 48 hours prior to departure date will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the loss of your deposit.
- Vessels 70 feet or larger must be manufactured 72 hours prior to departure date.
Failure to pay in full 72 hours before the departure date will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the loss of your deposit.
Some yachts may require an additional security deposit for damage.
If you or your guests are not damaged during your rental, the security deposit is fully refundable after the rental staff verifies that there has been no damage to the boat, its toys or systems.

In case of payment over $ 4,000 it is possible to make the payment by bank transfer. (We will agree on the type of payment via email at the time of booking your yacht)

Can I have more Than 13 guests in my Group?

Per Federal COast Guard Regulations, when you charter a private yacht, you are only allowed yourself plus 12 guests, that number cannot be exceeded at any time while cruising, anchored or tied to a dock or another yacht. If you have a group larger than 13 you would need to rent more than one Yacht.

Why is the departure time I want not available?

This means that there is already another reservation on the selected yacht that may overlap with your requested time / day or you are selecting a shorter rental duration than allowed for the departure time.
Schedule of departure on weekends and holidays
Reservation departure times of
4 hours: 9am, 10am, 11am or 4pm onwards.
5-hour reservation departure times: 9 a.m.  10 a.m, 11 a. m. or 4 p.m . Hereinafter.
6-hour reservation departure times: 9am, 10am, 11am or 4pm onwards.
8-hour reservation departure times: anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

If you have a request for different hours, we can agree on it according to the yacht chosen at the time of confirming your reservation

Can we jet ski?

Absolutely.
We work with suppliers that will bring jet skis,
There is an additional fee for activities that you pay directly to the provider.
We can add these activities to any yacht charter for you.
We recommend reserving your complementary activities at least 48 hours before the day of your charter departure.
Under Florida law, to drive a personal watercraft, anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have successfully completed a boating education course approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators. (NASBLA) or have passed an equivalent course or temporary certificate. exam and have a boating education ID in your possession (https://myfwc.com/boating/regulations)
