Your captain and crew will craft a bespoke itinerary to showcase the very best of South Beach, Miami, and Key Biscayne, depending on the length of your charter booking. Embark on a thrilling voyage with them, as you discover the homes of the elite and famous on Star Island, while relaxing on the yacht's spacious sun pad on the bow. Savor breathtaking views of the downtown Miami skyline as you cruise along the waters. And don't forget to take a dip in the tropical lagoons and islands along the way for a refreshing swim!

What is included

Enjoy peace of mind with your choice of licensed captain and crew, as well as local cruising fuel, a cooler stocked with ice, and refreshing water and soda during your charter. Rest assured that everything included in your luxurious yacht rental will be clearly indicated in your reservation confirmation email.

What if there's hazardous weather at the time of my departure?

Our commitment to your satisfaction includes day charter hazardous weather cancellation refunds, as well as charter rescheduling at no additional cost, subject to certain conditions. You can review our cancellation policies here to learn more about these conditions.

What to know

Please note that gratuity is not included in the advertised base charter price. Tipping 15-20% of the base charter rate is customary and greatly appreciated.

For your convenience, most boats larger than 38 ft have a fridge, kitchen, and bathroom onboard. You can also enjoy your favorite tunes with the boat's excellent sound system by connecting your phone via Bluetooth.

To preserve the beauty of the yacht, we kindly ask that shoes are not worn onboard the boat. Additionally, smoking is not permitted, but electronic cigarettes or vaping are allowed.

What you should to bring

Feel free to bring your preferred food and beverage items on board for your enjoyment. Additionally, if you plan to take a refreshing dip in the water, we suggest bringing along a towel for your comfort.

What NOT to bring

To ensure the comfort and cleanliness of our luxurious yachts for all future clientele, please note that pets are not allowed onboard. Additionally, we kindly request that you avoid using self-tanning lotion or bronzer during your charter as it may stain the yacht's upholstery. To protect our yacht's interior, we ask that you refrain from wearing denim or jean clothing when they are wet as the dyes may seep into the upholstery. For the same reason, we do not allow dyed hair wigs or weaves on board. To prevent potential damage and spills, we kindly ask that you avoid bringing red wine onboard. Please also note that we do not permit BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or other open-flame, gas, propane, or coal-based items. Lastly, please do not bring any glitter or confetti on board. Thank you for your cooperation.

Payment Collection Terms

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total cost of the boat rental is required, payment can only be made via Zelle or Cashapp. Vessels under 70 feet must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the departure date, while vessels 70 feet or larger must be paid in full 72 hours prior to the departure date.

Failure to pay in full by the designated time will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the loss of your deposit. Additionally, some yachts may require an additional security deposit for any potential damage, which is fully refundable if no damage occurs during your rental. For payments exceeding $4,000, bank transfer may be available and will be discussed via email during the booking process.

Can I have more Than 13 guests in my Group?

As per Federal Coast Guard Regulations, the maximum number of guests allowed on a private yacht charter is 12 in addition to yourself. This number must not be exceeded at any time, whether the yacht is cruising, anchored, or tied to a dock or another vessel. If your group exceeds 13 guests, you will need to rent more than one yacht to accommodate everyone.

Why is the departure time I want not available?

This notice indicates that either your selected rental duration is shorter than the minimum allowed for the requested departure time, or there may already be a reservation for the same yacht that overlaps with your requested time.

On weekends and holidays, the scheduled departure times for reservations are as follows:

4-hour reservations: 9am, 10am, 11am, or 4pm onwards
5-hour reservations: 9am, 10am, 11am, or 4pm onwards
6-hour reservations: 9am, 10am, 11am, or 4pm onwards
8-hour reservations: anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

If you have a request for departure times outside of these schedules, we can discuss and agree on a suitable time based on the yacht chosen at the time of confirming your reservation.

What if there's hazardous weather at the time of my departure?

We do offer day charter hazardous weather cancellation refunds and charter rescheduling without any additional fees. Certain conditions apply. To see what conditions apply please view our cancellation policies here.

Can we jet ski?

Yes, we do offer jet ski rentals through our suppliers and these can be added to any yacht charter for an additional fee. It's important to note that under Florida law, anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must have completed a boating education course approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) or have passed an equivalent course or temporary certificate exam and have a boating education ID in their possession to drive a personal watercraft like a jet ski. We recommend obtaining your boating license before your charter to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. You can find more information about obtaining a boating license at the link provided (https://myfwc.com/boating/regulations). We also recommend reserving any complementary activities at least 48 hours before the day of your charter departure.
